Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To conduct regular evaluation of the loan and savings products performance.
∎ To assess and evaluate pilot products and ensure providing ontime management reports.
∎ To keep update with the on going relevant best practices happening in the market/industries and share with team and management.
∎ To engage in regular collaboration with BRAC Computer Centre and ensure on time data support.
∎ To initiate and develop diversified methods of analysing/tracking social and product performance through data and field visit maintaining a regular interval.
∎ To prepare the communication material and channel for scaling up the product to branches.

∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ To review the product performance & evaluate how well a product meets its objective. Make summary of diversified aspect of existing microfinance products’ performance. Analyz & summarize the outcomes and share it with senior management for assisting them to take programmatic decisions. This includes accumulating insights regarding existing products’ & industry products’ performance.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ To conduct regular evaluation of the loan and savings products performance.

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
