∎ Clear understanding of SMC, Gender, inclusion, and government primary education system.
∎ Knowledge of current development and emergency issues Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting.
∎ The baseline survey, Evaluation, and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skills in Training, Seminars, and Advocacy programs.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability.
∎ Good communication and networking skills Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be a strong consideration. Good command of English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Decision-making and conflict-resolution skills, Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Ability to work under stressful conditions and adapt to local culture and situation.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in the camp location five days in a week. Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camps and host community. Staff is expected to live in his/her base location.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Training Coordinator (TC) is responsible for the organizing and conducting of training (MHPSS/Teachers well-being training, gender, crisis, and disability-sensitive education planning, management and coordination, and orientation on gender, disability, and child protection) activities for the Government School teachers and School Management Committee and Facilitators/teachers of the LCs/School and CMC management committees at the Camps.
∎ Mobilizing management committees to engage parents and community people engagement of the school/LCs activities and supervising the training outcome at the schools and LCs level.
∎ S/he will support the development of leadership in women and girls so that they can participate in decision-making equally of the schools/LCs.
∎ The position holder will lead the assessment and training session curriculum development contextualization, and materials development.
∎ The Training Coordinator will coordinate with the project team, partners, and donors to share training updates. S/he will have to prepare reports and submit them to Project Manager timely.
∎ Work in liaison with education officer, School Management committee, CiC, Camp management agencies, service providers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
∎ Take full responsibility for the quality implementation of the different training.
∎ Coordinate with all sector-based agencies in the camps and host to ensure compliance with inter-agency and World Vision International standards for implementing inclusive education activities.
∎ Actively support case skill-building trainer on training curriculum with supervision and guideline regularly and follow-up.
∎ Develop and implement a work plan for beneficiaries, herself, and the supervisee.
∎ Maintain regular and effective communication with internal external education actors to serve the preferred beneficiaries.
∎ Prepare and maintain database information for trained beneficiaries. Enhance and build the capacity for trainers on different training activities.
∎ Strong documentation both hard and soft copies to monitor the progress of beneficiaries.
∎ Curriculum, modules, schedule, development, and contextualization for better understanding of participants and meet up project objectives Materials development for the conducting training for the safety and security of the participants.
∎ Regularly supervise, guide, and coach the trainer so that she can provide quality training sessions by maintaining the curriculum.
∎ Establish and liaise closely with other partners, agencies, and local leaders regarding project activities to ensure a coordinated approach to project implementation, including participation in relevant workshops, and meetings and to keep the Coordinator informed.
∎ Participate in interagency assessments. Prepare sub-project proposals, purchase requests, and relevant documents in advance to facilitate the implementation of planned activities.
∎ Track and manage project budget lines assigned. Maintaining effective communication with finance, and supply chain for smooth implementation of activities.
