∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience designing solutions on cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS is preferred.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems (especially Ubuntu), open-source cloud and virtualization technologies, and configuration management tools.
∎ Solid understanding of DNS, mail transport protocols, and monitoring tools (e.g., MRTG, Cacti, Nagios).
∎ Familiarity with cPanel and WHMCS-based hosting environments.
∎ Ability to create SOPs and system architecture diagrams for daily operations and maintenance.
∎ Proven experience in introducing new technologies and designing products to drive business growth.
∎ Strong understanding of system and network security best practices.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to self-learn emerging technologies.
∎ A collaborative team player who can perform under pressure and act independently in critical situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain an onsite public cloud infrastructure running on CloudStack and OpenNebula with Ceph storage.
∎ Perform daily system administration on open-source Linux systems running virtualization/cloud platforms such as Proxmox, CloudStack, and OpenNebula.
∎ Monitor and maintain clustered and software-defined storage (SDS) solutions, especially Ceph.
∎ Analyze Linux system logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot service provider-scale DNS servers (BIND).
∎ Perform regular system software and OS installations, updates, and maintenance.
∎ Manage large-scale MySQL clusters, LAMP stack services, and HAProxy-based load balancers for high availability.
∎ Monitor system performance using various tools and perform regular tuning and optimization.
∎ Administer advanced networking configurations, including VLAN, VXLAN, VPC, LACP, Linux bridging, and SDN.
∎ Ensure secure server deployments and implement network security best practices.
∎ Manage data backup processes to ensure timely and secure data preservation.
