Job Context:
∎ Fit Elegance is a well-known & reputed brand (Suits/Blazers/Trousers/Tailoring) in Bangladesh. We have a wide range of work facility for part time & full time employee on its workspace. Now we are looking for some smart, energetic and well behaved personnel for our showroom, Factory & Head Office.
∎ Job location will be in Dhaka, Narayanganj & Chittagong .
∎ If you think yourself eligible for any of the following fields, you are requested to drop your CV along with a cover letter.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ RMG product Sourcing.
∎ RMG product design development.
∎ Fashion Design development& present trend analysis.
∎ Assist factories on how to improve quality &production problems in Facilitate on time delivery of goods
∎ Have to reserve good knowledge to analysis on color, Material, yarn, Fabric DKT, &related parameters.
∎ Ensure Goods shipped with quality as per customers Quality Standard.
∎ Monitor market trends research ,customers choice, &competitors activates,
∎ Identify and research pattern, fabric, style, seasonal color &details
∎ Monitor on daily basis status of line development which includes design production &technical design.
∎ Communicate with all overseas clients on daily basis.
∎ Carry out inline, Pre- final and final inspection according to Company's quality standard &prepare inspection report within the designated time line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience on
∎ product development personal are eligible to apply. Smart, energetic, team worker & self-motivated.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure. Preferred professional certification (Diploma /Graduationin Fashion design) could be treated as advantage.
