Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in AH or DVM degree.
∎ Masters in Poultry Science is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): animal husbandry, Farm Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train, direct, and develop subordinates to meet operating, safety, and quality requirements of poultry (Layer) farm.
∎ Postmortem & Diagnosis issues related to poultry (Layer) production
∎ Perform and oversee vaccination of layer flocks.
∎ Capable to handle large size layer farm production
∎ Observe daily feeding, birds activities & health status of the flock
∎ Assist business manager with coordinating layer flock movements.
∎ Communicate any issues to nutrition team and business managers
∎ Assist with document preparation for layer flock management and regulatory compliance
∎ Solve local technical poultry issues where possible and report on-going problems including outbreaks of diseases and poultry mortality;
∎ Frequent interaction with employees from all parts of the organization
∎ Other duties related to servicing poultry flocks to be assigned
∎ Ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met
∎ Maintaining safe working practices
∎ Managing and motivating a team
∎ De-beaking & Ventilation application & management
∎ Feed formulation & increment management
∎ production performance monitoring
∎ Proper Record keeping
∎ Prepare seasonal calendar of poultry activities;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having 7-8 yrs working experience in a large size layer farm
∎ Desire to work with Poultry on a daily basis
∎ Works well in a close team environment.
∎ Excellent verbal and written skills.
∎ High sense of urgency when completing tasks
∎ Quick learner.

Salary: Negotiable
