Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Jarun,Konabari,Gazipur.
∎ We are looking for a hard working person who has experiences in Knit Garments and will follow up our every details of cutting to shipment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for all affairs and issues related with cutting to shipment.
∎ Dictate sample team to make sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
∎ Responsible for maintaining Cut to ship ratio up to the best possible level and responsible for good piece production after receiving cut panel to packing. (Zero finishing return).
∎ Closely work with operational teams to meet on-time shipment schedule.
∎ Day to day communicate with Production Manager to follow the production schedule.
∎ Work for daily weekly and monthly production of every section.
∎ Inline & midline inspection findings should be discussed with production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Monitor and work with merchandising team to ensure all materials are in-house and approvals are all received.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Lead the production team to improve the overall productivity.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ Ensure 100% plan achievement.
∎ Attend an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues.
∎ Prepare alternative production plan against the actual plan.
∎ Prepared shipment schedule and ensure on time shipment delivery.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Hands-on Software skills are highly preferable.
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in knit garment manufacturers of which at least 5 years in managerial position.
∎ Proven track records in managing a large-scale garment manufacturing operation.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
