∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Sat Mosjid Road, Dhanmondi)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing daily operations of the pharmaceutical retail store.
∎ Leading & Managing a team
∎ Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
∎ Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels of pharmaceutical products.
∎ Managing Expire products & inform to Suppliers.
∎ Preparing roster for sales team.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and achieve business targets.
∎ Handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
∎ Collaborating with pharmaceutical suppliers and managing procurement.
∎ Training and mentoring staff to ensure they provide accurate medication information to customers.
∎ Implementing marketing initiatives to promote the shop's products and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in both written and spoken
∎ Good leadership quality with strong market knowledge.
∎ Positive attitude with team members.
