Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field is preferred.

3–5 years of relevant experience in petrol pump, filling station, fuel distribution, or retail operations is preferred.
Experience in staff supervision, cash management, inventory control, and reporting will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of cash handling and daily accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Honesty, accountability, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage daily petrol pump operations and ensure smooth business activities.
Supervise fuel sales, cash transactions, and daily accounts.
Monitor fuel stock, receipts, deliveries, and inventory records.
Ensure accurate daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and bank deposits.
Supervise pump operators, cashiers, and other staff members.
Maintain customer service standards and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire prevention procedures, and company policies.
Monitor fuel dispensing equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
