Job Context:
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The Capacity Building & Partnerships Manager will lead cross-cutting capacity building and partnership activities. She/he will also design training manuals, road maps for NGO capacity building/development and implement capacity building/development related activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrate courage and confidence to have sensitive conversations with other CO teams, Partners and Affiliates
∎ Demonstrate high coordination and negotiations skills
∎ Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills.
∎ Experience with the operations of NGOs, multilaterals, JRP, CSOs, CSAs, and donor partners.
∎ Strong grounding in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
∎ Demonstrated ability to produce analytical donor reports.
∎ Possess high understanding of programme operations including procurement and field realities
∎ Adaptive, Adoptive, Innovative, Frugal, Improvise and has the competency to communicate clearly and efficiently under pressure.
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar with any NGO. Experience in developing partnerships, capacity building management, training manuals, road maps, etc. that helps in developing capacity of NGOs. will be given preferences.
