Responsibilities & Context:
Should have experience on Diagnostics center operations;
Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision;·
Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines and risk management;·
Works closely with required department to ensure all operational functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices;·
Maintain constant communication with Management, Doctor’s staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization;·
Coordination with all Doctors (OPD, General Lab & Molecular Lab);· Coordination with sample Collection (COVID and Non COVID sample) and report delivery;·
Coordination with VIP Patient Management (Start from registration and end to report delivery);·
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols;·
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations;
Responsible for any requirement raise by doctor, staffs and other company staffs;·
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives;·
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget;· Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices;· Coordination with call center team;·
Monitor female staff’s hostel and Expatriates residential flat;·
Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service;·
Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems;·
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service;·
Have to perform any other task assigned by the authority.
