Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in any discipline preferably Social Science/Agriculture/Development Studies.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed implementation plan (DIP) of E-voucher operations and undertake implementation procedures through proper supervision and monitoring in the camps;
∎ Support field team in all level of operations, including capacity building of staff;
∎ Assess the quality of program implementation and take necessary initiative for continuous improvement of the program;
∎ Monitor Rapid Response activities including HEB & Hot meal distribution as per SOP.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of program processes is upheld, i.e. distribution plans, beneficiary lists, Voucher/Cash requisition, distribution reports, working with all stakeholders.
∎ Prepare timely and accurate periodic reports as required by Program Manager.
∎ Assist the Program Manager to prepare timely and factual annual, quarterly, and monthly progress reports, and other reports as needed.
∎ It is mandatory to take care all the information especially the key documents and back up the information on regularly.
∎ Keep informal/formal network with other organizations doing similar program in the refugee camps;
∎ Maintain strong relationship with WFP, IOM, UNHCR, CIC, SM and Other stakeholders of the camps;
∎ Represent WV-B GFA programme in sector coordination meetings;
∎ Attend/participate various cluster meetings being arranged by Donor and other actors;
∎ Assisting the Program Manager in controlling the project budgets
∎ Assist in Budget Reviewing
∎ Ensuring that funding is availed every month to cater for project needs
∎ Budgeting for and ensuring that Volunteers are paid on time
∎ Ensuring that all activities planned for are within the budget line and limit

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years' experience in the sector of Cash / Voucher Based Programming, Relief or Development with some expertise in logistics / procurement.
∎ Experience in field work and working with Refugee communities to achieve development initiatives.
∎ Experience in registering beneficiaries and Voucher, Cash distribution.
∎ Experience in project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing useful.
∎ Experienced in the development of community awareness campaigns and the ability to manage meetings with CIC, Camp Coordination & Management, community leaders, government officials, NGOs and other stakeholders (ensuring gender balance in participation).
∎ Good in communication, interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
∎ Effective in written and oral communication; able to speak and write Bangla and English. Local Language (preferable).
∎ Experience working in an office environment and able to use computer and email is essential.
