Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with MPH Degree from reputed education institutions
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support individual project in work-planning (yearly and quarterly) with clear objectives and benchmarks in line project specific goals and purpose;
∎ Close monitoring of all emergency response projects, provide technical and hands-on support to strengthen the implementation capacity of project teams;
∎ Tracking and assessment of progress in accordance with pre-determined benchmarks and targets, analyze information, prepare monthly and quarterly reports (qualitative and quantitate) inline stakeholders' specific requirements;
∎ Establish inter-projects coordination and information sharing mechanism for dissemination of good practices and maximize comparative advantages of projects visa-versa.
∎ Liaise with counterparts, UN agencies, government (RRRC), INGOs and local NGOs and other actors in the field to coordinate multi-sector integrated programs, standardize sector-specific activities and obtain up-to-date information for program planning and implementation.
∎ Ensure PHD participation in respective sector-specific coordination forums and help foster exchanges of program information, best practices, and training materials with actors, involved communities, and various line Government ministry officials
∎ Reporting to the Deputy Director/Regional Director and completing other tasks deemed necessary by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-10 years of experiences in the implementation health and development projects of with management and supervisory responsibilities in program and management positions.
∎ Very good understanding on Health sector program, health system and interventions from District to bellow level;
∎ Experience working and coordinating with prime and influencing donors, international NGOS that are supporting emergency response projects for FDMN in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Scale of experiences in human resource management, particularly in a multi-cultural environment, including techniques for staff development, training, motivation, and discipline
∎ Well conversant with English Language and with qualitative reporting skills, documentation of best practices and proposal writing.
∎ Ability to work in a team and working in demanding situation
Salary: Tk. 130000 - 140000 (Monthly)
