Responsibilities & Context:

A well-established and reputed Hotel is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to take full responsibility for running a Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
The Manager Operations will have
overall accountability for all aspects of the Hotel, including but not limited to:

  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and recreation.

  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, monitor revenue streams, and ensure profitability.

  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise all staff; set performance standards; conduct appraisals; and ensure high employee morale.

  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction; address complaints and feedback promptly.

  • Marketing & Sales: Support marketing initiatives, promote the resort, and develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

  • Event & Banquet Management: Oversee planning and execution of events, conferences, weddings, and other resort functions.

  • Inventory & Procurement: Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, and services; maintain inventory levels; negotiate with vendors.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, safety regulations, and health standards.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational plans, growth strategies, and process improvements.

  • Maintenance & Facilities Management: Ensure all facilities, infrastructure, and equipment are well-maintained and operational.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular operational, financial, and management reports for management.
