Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of all key departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Security.
∎ Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
∎ Supervise departmental heads and support staff to maintain seamless service delivery.
∎ Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where necessary.
∎ Support budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation under the guidance of senior management.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
∎ Handle operational issues, emergencies, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Prepare reports on daily operations, occupancy, and departmental performance.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
