∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Automobile, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Automobile
∎ BSc in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Master of Business Administration (MBA), from any Public universities or reputed Private Universities.
∎ Skills Required: Business Operations Support, Experience on Relevant Field

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn and understand the automobile Service lineup and machineries, tools, equipment.
∎ Making plan for operation process on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives
∎ Help to promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
∎ Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
∎ Provide all kinds of technical support and maintenance sections and their activities to ensure maximum production.
∎ Identifying lack of operations process or procedures which may cause of main obstruction for expected quality and efficiency level.
∎ Monitoring employee's daily activities and take accountability for highest level achievement.
∎ Ensure co-operational efficiency and productivity.
∎ Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance.
∎ Coordinate to other department and central HR and H/O people if necessary.
∎ Regularly reporting progress on each work and quickly communicating delays or concerns with the Higher authority
∎ Candidate should have clear understanding on related modern automotive technology, strategic tools & methods, engineering knowledge, marketing knowledge, lean management and 5s theory.
∎ Any other tasks as directed by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age at most 30 years
∎ • Only Males are allowed to apply.
∎ • Good proficiency in English. Any other foreign language will add advantage.
∎ • Ability to Operate ERP and other Software.
∎ • Leadership Qualities.
∎ • The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures.
∎ • Business skills, as you may be responsible for managing budgets, leading a team and liaising with suppliers.
∎ • Problem Sensitivity, Analytical Skills, Reasoning Skill, Mechanical Skill, Team working skills.
Salary: Negotiable
