Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and distributing sales budget.
∎ To monitor day-to-day ship's operation for smooth activities at sea and port without delays and accident.
∎ Keeping and maintain order statement.
∎ Preparing marketing plan
∎ Cost analysis
∎ Preparing short term business plan based on market intelligence and ensure all department align their individual SOP in line with business plan.
∎ Maintain daily, monthly and yearly shipment record
∎ Collect Order Confirmation
∎ Communicate with forwarders for vessel schedule, booking, loading advice and shipment related issues
∎ Support vendors on different logistics and shipment related issues
∎ Co-ordinate the day-to-day operational activities of vessels, liaising with any external agents and Marine Technical Manager, etc to ensure efficient commercial operation.
∎ To assist commercial analysis.
∎ Preparation of company operational and annual reports and Life time and voyage statements on completion of each voyage.
∎ To ensure that the vessel's voyage is performed efficiently and cost-effectively.
∎ Monitor Safety management system manuals.
∎ Recommend changes as required, and confirm vessel's compliance.
∎ Visit Vessel regularly to promote company safety culture as per company policy. Carry out Internal Audits as per company requirement.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements by all vessels and raise corrective action when necessary.
∎ Ensure certification of the vessel are valid and to avoid failure due to noncompliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8-10 Year real experience at ocean-going vessel or 10 years' experience at shore in ship management related company as managerial position.
Salary: Negotiable
