∎ Split & plan to achieve targets.
∎ KPI evolution on regular basis.
∎ Find out business potentialities.
∎ Regular market visit.
∎ Availability & Visibility.
∎ Feed required data to Area Manager/Owner.
∎ Train & develop new employees & Merchant
∎ Ensure required manpower for field.
∎ Ensure business compliance
∎ Ensure daily briefing to FF.
∎ Daily & weekly reporting to Area Manager/Owner
∎ Ensure proper reporting & or information flow & co ordination.
∎ Share the development plan with each FF on regular basis.
∎ Monitor business status of Key Merchant on regular basis.
∎ Maintain dashboard on daily basis.
∎ Monitor field team to drive business, ensure compliant business from the Merchant.
∎ Split & plan to achieve targets.
