Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field discipline from a recognized university
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in Microfinance, especially with PKSF and MRA components.
Strong knowledge of M&E tools, logical framework, and result-based monitoring.
Proficiency in MS Excel, SPSS/Stata, and MIS software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently to field offices.
Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in data analysis and MIS/AIS reporting.
Motorcycle driving skills required.

HEED Bangladesh, a non-government and non-political national development organization, has been working for over 50 years in the fields of Health, Education, and Economic Development. To strengthen its Microfinance Program, the organization invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation (MFP).
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and indicators for the Microfinance Program.
• Conduct field visits to monitor program activities, ensuring adherence to guidelines and quality standards.
• Collect, verify, and analyze program data from branch and field operations.
• Consolidate information from AIS & MIS to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support baseline, midline, and end-line surveys for assessing program impact.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for management, donors, PKSF, and regulatory authorities (e.g., MRA).
• Provide data analysis and insights to support program reviews, strategic planning, and decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and donor reporting requirements.
• Maintain program-related databases, dashboards, and documentation for transparency and accountability.
• Liaise with PKSF, MRA, and other stakeholders on M&E-related issues.
• Train and guide field staff on data collection, reporting formats, and M&E processes.
• Identify challenges, gaps, and lessons learned to strengthen program quality.
• Support knowledge management, learning, and dissemination of best practices.
• Serve as the focal person for MF-CIB and MRA-related activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to field teams for effective program implementation.
• Provide strategic programmatic steering in planning, budgeting, monitoring and management of the Micro-finance Program.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of the Microfinance Business Plan.
• Support strategic decision-making through accurate data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the organization.
As per organizational policy
Higher salary may be offered based on experience and qualifications.
Probationary Period: 06 (six) months, PF (eligible as per organizational policy &after Confirmation of Service), Gratuity: Applicable as per policy, Festival Bonus:02 (two) bonuses annually, Health Care: Coverage under organizational health care facilities. Accidental Insurance and Major Medical Care Facilities: As per organizational policy, Mobile bill allowance.
