Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline (Preferably Marketing) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ To be responsible for leading sales team to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Must be able to lead a team as well as meet his own targets.
∎ Lead the team for daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.
∎ Able to find new corporate and individual customer who are eligible to buy our product.
∎ Must be experienced in negotiating price and payment schedules.
∎ Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, Supervision and monitoring of the team activity.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicants should have experience in land marketing 6-8 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good communication & Negotiation skill
