Responsibilities & Context:
· Searching prospects and generating leads.
· Selling all Land Project product of Rahat & Rafit Real Estate Ltd.
· Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company.
· Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
· Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate information regarding potential buyers, the sales pipeline, and client interactions.
· Address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Build and maintain an ERP database along with professional networks.
· Any other tasks assigned by the management.
