Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for business process mapping and analysis of the ongoing ERP implementation.
∎ Ensure data cleaning and wrangling, as well as data analysis
∎ Data Visualization, Reporting and analytical tools using power BI and Tableau
∎ Responsible for identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
∎ Follow up with software vendors for development, maintenance & trouble shooting.
∎ Ensure administration and operational support of different ERP software.
∎ Responsible for development of necessary report formats, maintain and monitor necessary databases, reports and dashboards.
∎ Explore the technological evolution and state of art applications for efficient and effective operations.
∎ Ensure continuous monitoring, maintenance and trouble shooting of ERP (logic), Jibika, HRIS and ResQ.
∎ In depth analysis of the business performance, Trend analysis of different performance indicators and recommend for strategic action plans.
