Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, banking, finance, business management or related field;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and provide strategical and operational input for overall management of the Microfinance Program of CDIP;
∎ Provide overall guidance, leadership, management and general technical oversight for field operations with a focus on achieving defined results.
∎ Oversee and monitor the performance of field activities and ensure nessary action based on findings;
∎ Undertake regular field visits to supervise field activities implemented by the Microfinance program staff and to ensure quality of CDIP program implementation;
∎ Provide substantive inputs to assessment and document results achieved through Microfinance Program interventions;
∎ Support to mobilize resources from Banks, PKSF and other financial institutions for the Microfinance Program
∎ Liaison and communicate with Government, Donors, Regulator and financial intermediaries and partners such as MRA, PKSF, Banks, etc. and represent the CDIP in external forum in appropriate manner;
∎ Ensure appropriate monitoring through monitoring tools and ensure effective measure to develop on findings;
∎ Ensure to produce and develop all relevant report;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 10 years of experience or minimum 3 years experience as Zonal Head or Regional Manager in microfinance operation and its management.
∎ Other requirements:
∎ Good understanding on PKSF program and commercial borrowing for fund management of microfinance institute;
∎ Have capacity for Resource mobilization;
∎ Ability to build good working relations with existing and potential development partners;
∎ Have clear concept and ideas on digital financial services (DFS);
∎ Market analysis and research capacity;
∎ Ability to handle stress situation;
∎ Ability to conduct training, meetings, seminars and workshops;
∎ The ideal candidate should have strong presentation skills, leadership and team-building qualities, monitoring and supervisory skills, mentoring capabilities and staff management capacity. S/he must be comfortable working with people of diverse age-groups and from various social, economic and professional backgrounds;
∎ Candidates must have excellent skills of communication, both oral and written, in Bangla and English and robust computer knowledge, functional in MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
∎ Although the position is Dhaka-based, the selected candidate must be prepared to undertake field visits as and when necessary;
