Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from any reputed institution.
• Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Master’s /MBA preferred).

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Responsibilities & Context:

Manager (MEP & Building Operations), Operating a high end Multistoried Commercial Complex at Tejgaon C/A.

Installation & Operational Experiences

Our high-end Multistoried Commercial Complex at Tejgaon C/A is equipped with the following state-of-the-art installations:

• 3 Nos. Mitsubishi Lifts.
• 3 Nos. Caterpillar Generators.
• Substation with 1600 KVA & 750 KVA capacity, along with 2500 KVA BBT.
• Fully Functional Building Management System (BMS).
• Imported Top-Ranked Booster Pump.
• Fire Hydrant System from NAFCO Dubai (UL Listed).

All of the above systems are fully operational and in service. The potential candidate must have proven expertise in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the above-mentioned systems and installations to ensure smooth building functionality and safety compliance.

• Coordinate Strategic Planning & Risk Management.
• Plan for Design Management & Coordination.
• Looking after Project Execution & Site Supervision.
• Team mentor for Commercial & Contractual Oversight.
• Proper Scheduling & Progress Control.
• Maintaining Leadership & Team Development.
• Oversee Client & Stakeholder Engagement.
• Any other additional duties assign by Management.
