Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, hard working and proactive employee for a Manager position who can work independently and with the team with relevant work experience:-
∎ Job Location : Meherba Plaza 33, Topkhana Road, Dhaka-1000

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain written English communication regularly through email or via business documents to foreign countries
∎ Main focus on Import Network Development
∎ To develop an import market
∎ Meet & negotiate new principals
∎ Organize and process all import-related works and documents
∎ Manage all types of jobs and documentation regarding import-related activities
∎ Build and manage strategic relationships with a range of principals and customers
∎ Develop marketing plans and execute service team work
∎ Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline office operation
∎ Analyzing Sales Team data to identify and resolve problem issues
∎ Prepare reports and submit them to key decision makers from service team
∎ Maintenance of Service Team and mail correspondence to our principal
∎ Monitor the service team activities day to day basis

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years managerial experience in any company
∎ Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Candidates have to be smart, confident, and self-motivated
∎ Candidates must understand the client's needs and identify the scope of sales opportunities
∎ Ability to identify potential customers and develop sustainable relationships through information collection
∎ Strong price negotiation capability
∎ Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability
∎ Solid analytical ability, good presentation, and convincing skills
