Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising campaigns, advertisement and placement strategies.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess performance against goals (Return on Investments).
∎ Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
∎ Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry.
∎ Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Working with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth hacks and strategies.
∎ In collaboration with the product managers come up with media buying plans as per the allocated budget for respective brands.
∎ Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively and assess advertisement performance and formulate strategies for advertisement expenditure optimization.
∎ Continuously measure and report performance of all running digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals, such as Conversion rates, Cost per conversion (CPC) & Return on ad spend, (ROAS).
∎ Plan, generate leads of potential clients and submit weekly campaign performance reports.
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies of digital marketing and provide recommendations and perspectives for adoption where appropriate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
∎ Must have professional certifications on Digital Marketing.
∎ In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
∎ Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Salary: Negotiable
