Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.
∎ Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of all m/c.
∎ Maintenance of Boiler, Compressor, and All types of Generator Set.
∎ Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine.
∎ Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system, closed cooling water system and other areas of the plant to minimize consumption.
∎ Preparing schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of the project.
∎ To identify problems of plant equipment and convey to maintenance team to solve the problem.
∎ Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenance as well as to follow ISO standard, Accord, Alliance for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
∎ Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plans accordingly.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit to the management.
