Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Statistics /Social Science/ Economics/Education or related discipline. Diploma or Certificate course on Research will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in Research and M&E/ MEAL, ideally with experience in MEAL/M&E of Education program/project. Balance between Research and M&E/MEAL experience is preferred.
∎ Should have clear concept on developing MEAL/M&E system, leading Research Design, including implementation, data analysis, documentation and dissemination.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Skilled in data management and analysis including ODK based design
∎ Should have ability to interpret data and report writing skills in English
∎ Should be proficient in computer operation, particularly, in R/SPSS, MS-Excel, MS-Access and MS-PowerPoint
