BSc in Textile /BBA/MBA/ Masters in any discipline from reputed institution
The Manager – Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to secure new buyers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role includes market research, product promotion, pricing strategy, and coordination with the merchandising and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract international and local buyers.
Identify new market opportunities and establish business relationships with potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and handle all communication related to orders.
Lead sample development and presentation to customers based on seasonal trends and buyer demand.
Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with buyers.
Responsible for order development to final payment collection
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust marketing plans accordingly.
Coordinate closely with the merchandising and production departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Ensure on-time delivery of samples and bulk production according to buyer specifications.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to promote the company and its products.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
