Job Responsibilities:
∎ New buyer / customer search and keep close contact with existing customers
∎ Quality and swatch collection for new order
∎ Arrangement for presentation to buyer
∎ Counter submission1: Check with R&D for similar options as per buyer's original against query.
∎ Counter submission 2: Check with R&D for making as per buyer's original against query.
∎ Check with R&D and production team to develop new quality as per buyer query
∎ Meet all development date-lines for on time counter submission
∎ keep records of Every new development
∎ Check development details & price with authorized persons and keep records
∎ Check & settle compliance and QA issues as per buyer requirement
∎ Arrange buyer requested sample fabrics as per company policy
∎ Arrange buyer requested Hangers
∎ Check for best delivery schedule with planning department against any confirmed quantity
∎ Update and check all problematic issues (if any) with senior before confirming any order
∎ Confirm order with buyer & proceed for PI issuance and execution
∎ Keep all necessary records and hard copies in file as required
∎ Update all information in management prescribed format
∎ Meeting recaps after each meeting with customer
∎ Meet the sales target as set by management
∎ Meet official calls at any time of the day at any day of the week
