Job Responsibilities:
∎ Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
∎ Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
∎ Visiting travel agency to generate sales
∎ Meet the sales target within the time frame
∎ Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
∎ Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
∎ Assist and report to Head of Marketing & Sales for overall company's marketing & sales matters.
∎ Perform all the duties and responsibilities of Marketing & Sales related work for US-Bangla Airlines Ltd.
∎ Maintain Good Relationship with Top Agents.
∎ Competitor Airlines Fare, Route, Flight Load Analysis & Taking actions accordingly.
∎ Should have Airlines Revenue Management Related Knowledge.
∎ Prepare sales and expanse budget, exercise control over sale team and monitor their activities at all times.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Work with a team.
∎ Computer knowledge in the respective filed.
∎ Fluency in English (Both in speaking & writing)
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills.
