Responsibilities & Context: US-Bangla Airlines is the largest private passenger airline in Bangladesh. Launched in July 2014 from its Dhaka hub, the carrier operates an extensive and growing network of domestic and international destinations across Bangladesh and Asia. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will get hands-on, end-to-end exposure to the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing passive talent to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This is an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation in modern recruitment practices in a fast paced environment in the commercial aviation industry. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinating talent hunt events: actively participate and support in recruitment camps across the country for hiring Student Pilots, Cabin Crew and Trainee Engineers for US-Bangla Airlines. Sourcing & screening: Assist in posting jobs on various portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Bdjobs etc.) and actively source prospective candidates. Conduct initial resume screening based on hiring criteria. Interview coordination: Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Communication with candidates: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates regarding their application status. Onboarding support: Help prepare offer letters, coordinate pre-employment checks, and assist with the logistics of day-one orientation. Functional Competencies and academic requirements: Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building Recruitment Coordination & Logistics Proficiency in Spreadsheet (MS Excel) Very good English and Bangla communications skills A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a student of a Bachelors’ or Master’s program with the ability to dedicate 6-months of full-time engagement Passion for aviation will be an added advantage.
