Education: Education: Applicants must meet any one of the following academic qualifications: Minimum HSC or Equivalent with at least GPA 3.00 (out of 5.00) in both SSC and HSC (or equivalent examinations). No Third Division (or equivalent result) will be accepted in any examination. Diploma holders must have a minimum CGPA 2.80 out of 4.00. For GCE qualifications: O Level: Maximum 5 subjects with an average grade of D A Level: Maximum 2 subjects with an average grade of D GED is not accepted.

Age: Freshers/Candidates with no relevant experience: 18–27 years (as of the application deadline) Experienced Cabin Crew: up to 35 years (only previous Cabin Crew experience will be considered) Affidavits will not be accepted for age verification. Height and Fitness: Male: minimum 168 cm (5`6") Female: minimum 161 cm (5`3") Arm Reach: minimum 212 cm while standing on tiptoes. Weight: must be proportionate to height. BMI: must be between 18 and 25. Eyesight: uncorrected vision of 6/6, or correctable to 6/6 candidates with colour blindness are not eligible. Overall medical fitness: applicants must be medically fit and capable of meeting all Cabin Crew operational requirements. Swimming: Swimming skills will be considered an advantage. Candidates selected without swimming experience must successfully learn swimming during the initial training period. Language Skills: You should be fluent (spoken and written) in both: Bengali English Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an added advantage. Appearance & Personality: We are looking for candidates who are: Well-groomed and professionally presented Physically fit with an upright posture Free from visible tattoos or permanent body marks Friendly, confident, positive and customer-focused Excellent communicators with a pleasant personality Residency Requirement: After joining, selected candidates must reside near Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA), including areas such as: Nikunja Uttara Model Town (Sectors 1–14) or surrounding areas Bashundhara Residential Area Baridhara J Block Banani. Your Role as Cabin Crew: As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include: Participating in pre-flight briefings Welcoming passengers and assisting them with boarding Demonstrating safety procedures and emergency equipment Ensuring cabin safety before take-off and landing Assisting passengers throughout the flight Serving meals and refreshments Providing first aid when required Handling onboard emergencies professionally Delivering exceptional customer service on every flight Why Join US-Bangla Airlines?
