Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing & maintaining the marketing & sales operation;
∎ Designing viable sales plans & strategies;
∎ Sourcing marketing opportunities through liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders;
∎ Conduct market research & monitor competitor activity;
∎ Training the sales force;
∎ Controlling the activities of employees;
∎ Managing the marketing tools, branding & publicity (online & offline both);
∎ Maintaining customer databases;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 year(s) working experience with similar marketing role in a reputed Security Services company. (must be)
∎ Sound communication and documentation skills in Bangla & English
