Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out company policies, rules & regulations among the field level work forces.
∎ Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
∎ Make a plan/forecasting and to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales.
∎ Evaluate the performance of front level sales executives.
∎ To be prompt to attend customer queries.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction pre/post sales service.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with sales executives to review progress of the sales team and to chart a new path for them.
∎ Make own style of managing and leading 20~25 team members to achieve the target.
∎ Communicating with customers regarding unexpected delays in meeting their needs/making delay in delivery.
∎ Establish active communication and engagement with sales executives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
∎ Monitoring and budgeting expenses of travelling and daily expenses, incentives, commission etc.
∎ Willing to adopt and carryout any tasks other than the above to be assigned by the Management time to time.
