Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set and achieve yearly Marketing targets.
∎ Jointly formulate Marketing Strategy and achieve business goals by working closely with Management body.
∎ To develop new customers point across various segments- wholesale, retail, online etc.
∎ Conduct regular market research- e.g. opportunities for new market penetration, competitor's information, latest retailer news, market analysis etc.
∎ Creating sales opportunity and identifying the target customers for selling product.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan to increase sales volume for brand and market.
∎ Plan & develop brand and category sales goals.
∎ Prepare sales reporting showing current sales volume and future potential sales.
∎ Generate bi-monthly reports summarizing marketing activities and achievements.
∎ Conduct Review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective action as required.
∎ Attend and prepare detailed sales meeting, brand position and performance updates at regularly scheduled meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years working in garments /fashion/ textile/marketing organization e.g. Garments sector, Fashion brands, Textile factory, E-commerce brands etc.
∎ 3-5 years in a marketing managerial position.
∎ Applicant should have experience in the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Branding and Fashion marketing wholesale/retail/online.
∎ Women strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong Communication skills in both verbal and written English.
∎ Knowledge in MS office/.Excel/online and updated electronic/social media communication system.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Smart, Organized Presentable, Energetic and Hard Working.
∎ Understanding Fashion & E-commerce online Market and on top of.
∎ Experienced in Sales & Marketing in any renowned E-commerce will get preference.
