• Strong knowledge of buyer handling, merchandising, and export documentation.

• Clear understanding of BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, Accord/Alliance, and buyer compliance standards

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and buyer-oriented professional for the position of Manager (Marketing & Merchandising) to handle international buyers and ensure smooth order execution with full compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international buyers and maintain long-term buyer relationships.

• Lead end-to-end merchandising activities from inquiry to shipment.

• Costing, price negotiation, order confirmation, and T&A management.

• Coordinate with production, IE, planning, quality, and commercial teams.

• Ensure on-time delivery and buyer compliance requirements.

• Develop new buyers and expand export business.

• Ensure adherence to buyer code of conduct, social compliance, and quality standards.
