T & H Trade and TH CareO are growing consumer brands in the Beauty Care, Health Care, and Fashion categories, selling through Facebook, Instagram, and direct online channels. We are looking for a results-driven Manager (Marketing & Media Buying Expert) who can independently own our paid media, plan campaigns end-to-end, and convert ad spend into measurable sales growth. The person will lead the marketing function and work closely with the content, sales, and customer support teams.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns across awareness, traffic, engagement, lead and conversion objectives.
Own the monthly media buying plan and budget allocation across products, campaigns, and audiences.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize on ROAS, CPA, CPP, CTR, CPM and conversion rate.
Build and test audiences including custom audiences, lookalikes, interest stacks and retargeting pools.
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, offers, landing pages and placements.
Manage Meta Business Manager, Pixel and Conversions API setup, event tracking and catalog for dynamic ads.
Develop campaign calendars for product launches, seasonal offers and festival campaigns.
Brief the content and design team on creative requirements and give feedback based on performance data.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with spend, revenue, ROAS and actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to track lead quality, order confirmation rate and delivery or return rate.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, page collaborations and other external partners as required.
Support brand positioning and awareness building for TH CareO and T & H Trade product lines.
Maintain ad account health, compliance with Meta advertising policies and resolve account or page related issues.
