Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced keyword research and content optimization using leading SEO techniques.
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility, ranking, and organic traffic.
- Develop and implement result’s-driven social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Work closely with our graphics and motion design team to create engaging and high-converting content.
- Write and schedule daily social media posts with creative, impactful, and audience-relevant captions, especially tailored for the real estate market.
- Execute technical SEO tasks, including backlink building, meta tag optimization, site audits, broken link fixes, and improving overall site health for search engines.
- Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) for maximum ROI.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms to improve content writing, speed up ideation, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Leverage SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz for data-driven insights and strategy improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, social media algorithms, and advertising policies.
