Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of services
∎ Developing and recommending pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run
∎ Plans for the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets
∎ Public relation activities, health awareness talks, Seminar, Workshop & CMEs.
∎ Sales program to generate new referrals
∎ Plans to sustain and increase patient referral from Info Centers
∎ Evaluating market reactions to major marketing activities and ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 2 year(s) in related field.
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability
