∎ Experienced in Manpower, Embassy, Agent Handling and BMET work.
∎ Experience of Manpower Recruting Agencies
∎ Knowledge on manpower business, ticketing will be helpful
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiating skills
∎ Strong execution skills, ability to perform under pressure
∎ Should have excellent communication and writing skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Well conversant with Computer (MS Office, MS-Excel, Scaning Photoshop, Internet Browsing, etc).
∎ Typing- Both Bangla and English
∎ Ability to think outside the box
∎

∎ Promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets
