  • Strong Knowledge to customer handling and capabilities to convince them.
  • Promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets
  • Experienced in Manpower, Embassy, Agent Handling and BMET work.
  • Experience of Manpower Recruiting Agencies
  • Knowledge on manpower business, ticketing will be helpful
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiating skills
  • Self-driven to lead and manage tasks
  • Strong execution skills, ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Should have excellent communication and writing skill both in Bangla and English.
  • Well conversant with Computer (MS Office, MS-Excel, Scanning Photoshop, Internet Browsing, etc).
  • Typing- Both Bangla and English ·
  • Good computer Skills and Knowledge Good organizational skills
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and self- driven Team orientated approach Data Entry, Scanning, Record Keeping etc.

Responsibilities & Context:

ZILANI TRAVELS RL- 897 Working days are considered at 6 days/week

  • Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records
  • Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often a year in advance, Embassy works.
  • Market Visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Monitor & follow-up the individual, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
  • Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
  • Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
  • Sorting out issues that may increase bookings or reservations.
  • Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices i.e. maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts.
  • Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
  • Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation
  • Team, sales team, and others accordingly.
  • Responsible to renew all related official documents yearly.
  • Maintain good relation with various airlines and related office.
  • Any duties assigned by the Management Must have manpower recruitment knowledge for Middle East Country.
  • Need to work for Middle East country manpower recruitment so it is must to know all the regarding process.
