∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Lawyer, Court Practices, Legal, Legal vetting, Litigation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Law Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of Legal Cases & Legal Matters.
∎ Reviewing & scanning all documentations, which have legal implication.
∎ Preparing written statement & obtaining necessary papers regarding preparation.
∎ Follow up court cases/attend court & support as per required.
∎ Cross checking of written statement and providing the witness of cases at court.
∎ Obtaining judgement/order copy from the court.
∎ Assisting all concerned to prepare Legal matters, GD, FIR, SOP, Policy, and handle internal and external legal concerns. Giving legal opinion and legal vetting
∎ Managing all litigation of the Company (filing, defending, and monitoring the progress) for the protection of company rights.
∎ Taking appropriate actions regarding the issues related to CIVIL cases and drafting of legal documents/deeds/agreements etc.
∎ Updating regularly all record of cases & appear before court on regular basis.
∎ Grounding any other duties assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in CIVIL LAW and other related activities.
∎ Need to travel to the Project sites, District CIVIL Courts as per requirement.
∎ Minimum 13 years’ experience in relevant field is required.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Must be a good team member.
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite.
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Good at report writing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good typing skills of both Bangla and English.
∎ BAR COUNCIL MEMBERSHIP preference.
