Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Leadership development model development and implementing it throughout the organization keeping BRAC`s 2020 strategy in mind. Supervise overall functions of Leadership Academy. Hunt and create enabling environment for talents for creating secondary leadership.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Introduce leadership development initiatives.
∎ Create opportunities for talent hunt, nurture and develop leadership traits to retain.
∎ Leading group workshops and coaching individual rising leaders in required arena.
∎ Leadership development model integrating on-the-ground learning, coaching, and cohort -based training programs.
∎ Employ advanced communication, psychology, expert body language and massive shifts in mindset.
∎ Ensure full implementation of leadership development initiatives.
∎ Design, implement and participate in appropriate forums (seminars, workshops, discussions, symposium etc.) relate to leadership development both in and outside of BRAC.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skill.
∎ Clear understanding on training & development, organizational development and talent management.
∎ Good negotiation skill and knowledge in budgeting.
∎ Experience of human capital/capability development will be an added advantage.
∎ Extroverted, confident, enthusiastic, persuasive.
∎ A risk taker with partnering capabilities, innovative and a creative problem solver.
∎ 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, Mentoring, Coaching, Counseling, and Training & Development (T&D).

Salary: Negotiable
