Experience:

Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in knowledge management, documentation, reporting, communication, learning, or development programmes.

Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) started its journey in 1988 with a noble vision to stand in solidarity with the poor and marginalized. Being a people’s entered organization, ESDO envisioned for a society which will be free from inequality and injustice, a society where no child will cry from hunger and no life will be ruined by poverty. Near about three decades of relentless efforts to make this happen, ESDO has embraced new grounds and opened up new horizons to help the disadvantaged and vulnerable people to bring meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. The JOB CIRCULAR will support ESDO`s skills development and livelihood interventions by contributing to effective programmed implementation, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, documentation, monitoring, and achievement of programmed results. The position will work closely with relevant ESDO teams, field staff, technical personnel, employers, Master Craft Persons (MCPs), training providers and other stakeholders as required.
Reporting to: Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project knowledge management systems and processes.
Document good practices, innovations, lessons learned, case studies and success stories.
Organize project files, reports, technical documents, guidelines and reference materials.
Prepare reports, briefing notes, presentations, factsheets and knowledge products.
Support donor reporting and documentation requirements.
Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing sessions and learning events.
Coordinate with Programme and M&E teams to capture and disseminate project learning.
As per project allocation and organizational policy.
