Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have min M. Sc /B. Sc in Computer Science/Engineering from any reputed university. (Preferred in Public University)
∎ Red Hat, Juniper Certified.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,CCNP,SISCO
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service, IT System Management, MIS, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Project Manager (IT System), Software Architect
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Departmental store, Group of Companies, Super store, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, Develop and maintaining the company IT systems.
∎ Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans& maintain database security.
∎ Support ERP System.
∎ Develop report according to the requirements of higher Management.
∎ Monitor and manage computer operation systems, provide backup and assist in technical retrieval functions.
∎ Developing, conducting and providing technical guidance and training in application and operational procedures as per company requirements.
∎ Performing organizational systems IT architecture reviews and assessments, and recommending current and future hardware and software strategies and directions.
∎ Perform application & database tuning and performance monitoring.
∎ Performance monitoring and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users.
∎ Perform technical trouble shooting & give consultation to development team as project leader.
∎ Work as part of a team and provide 7 x 24 supports for Megamall/Supershop when required.
∎ Plan and prepare disaster recovery and business continuity planning for the company branches on IT infrastructure.
∎ Manage and administer the branch network, servers, and IT security in a Microsoft environment.
∎ Manage IT administrative & technical staff. Determine the K.P.I. for the team members and justified them according to their work if required.
∎ Observing network traffic, activity, and usage to make sure nonstop integrity and most excellent network performance.
∎ Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software.
∎ Lead the Development Team and Support Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in Managerial role At least one year.
∎ Knowledge on MS server, Linux Server, Mail Server and Network Administrator.
∎ Programming skills in ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, json, mysql, SQL and Oracle,
∎ ERP , SAP, POS, HRM, Inventory, Accounting , SQL Server, MS Access, Crystal Report. ABAP, ASP.Net, C#, Visual Basic 6.0, Project Management, Software Development, Hardware & Networking.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do Attitude.
∎ Ability to work extra hour.
