∎ CA/CC Qualified and CMA Partly Qualified.

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and execution of detailed monthly & yearly audit plan over engineering & construction, inventory, procurement, all kind of bill approval & payment as well as other functions of the company.
∎ Assessment and evaluation of internal control system of the company.
∎ Check & verification of control tools over inventory management of all projects of company as well as reconciliation between the physical vs recorded inventory
∎ Timely evaluation of the internal control system, risk of operation, justification of the cost effectiveness, evaluation of financial statements and suggest for necessary improvement.
∎ Check & verification of books of accounts and other related record of accounting system.
∎ Check & verify all transactions are made in accordance with the organization internal Operating Procedures or policy like, purchase policy, sales policy, construction policy etc.
∎ Review and finalize the draft reports by the auditors and submit periodic report on timely basis
∎ Develop audit manual and suggest procedures, policies as an when required by the management.
∎ Compliance of internal operational activities, policies, procedures, operational system & process.
∎ Carrying out special Audits from time to time as directed by the management and reporting the findings

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ CA/CC Qualified and CMA Partly Qualified will get preference
∎ Knowledge on Accounting (IAS, BAS, BFRS), Finance, Auditing (BSA)
∎ Focus on Business Results.
∎ Anticipate & Resolve Issues.
∎ Expert in Analytical Skill, Report Writing & Presentation.
∎ Communicate Effectively.
