Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To design quality emergency education materials through illustration and designing contextualizing Rohingya community
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the projects` goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop high quality different emergency education materials (Guide books, training manual, Lesson Plans, poster, leaflets, banner etc.) contextualizing Rohingya community
∎ Think creatively to produce new ideas and concept and developing interactive design while delivering emergency education materials contextualizing Rohingya community
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have to draw and illustrate child friendly pictures of several books for primary level published and contextualized specifically for Rohingya camps
∎ Have practical knowledge on illustration and designing educational contents
∎ Have realistic knowledge on inserting pictures, sketches, graphs etc. in the education and other materials
∎ Knowledge on illustrating learning and teaching materials
∎ - Sound knowledge graphic designing
∎ Authentic knowledge on operating illustrator, Photoshop and other related software regarding designing and illustration
∎ - Having hands on practice in drawing child friendly pictures and sketches
Salary: Negotiable
