Additional Requirements:
- Experience in IE in lingerie sector (Bra & Panty) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of line balancing, SMV, efficiency improvement, layouts, and KPI management.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting abilities.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and discipline.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead daily GEMBA walk as part of DITL to ensure all processes are functioning as per SOP.
- Drive risk analysis, PP meetings, and pre-production coordination to ensure smooth style launches.
- Develop sewing methods, ensure line balancing, balanced workload, and human resource utilization.
- Conduct time study, motion analysis, SMV calculation, machine layout, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor KPIs and production efficiency; take corrective action to achieve planned efficiency.
- Maintain physical layouts, capacity study, WIP reports, daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives: Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and method innovation.
- Evaluate operator and ironer skills, maintain skill matrix, and support productivity incentive schemes.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the IE team for performance and alignment with business goals.
