Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Science/Engineering from any reputed University, having MBA/MSC in Computer Science will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain overall network with software updates, hardware upgrades and Provide necessary technical support.
∎ Establish system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, Data center, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems, defining system and operational policies and procedures.
∎ Establish system specifications by consulting with users, analyzing workflow, access, information and security requirements, designing system infrastructure.
∎ Secure network infrastructure access, monitoring, control and evaluation, establishing, testing and monitoring of disaster recovery policies and procedures, completing back-ups and maintain documentation.
∎ Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance turning, troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems, designing and running system load/stress testing, escalating application problems to vendor.
∎ Manage router, switches, security deployment and network monitoring system.
∎ Ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance, documentation and enforcing system standards for all offices.
∎ Explore new technology to assess applicability of the company.
∎ Maintain good housekeeping standard in the installation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience (Minimum 2 years should be in managerial role).
∎ Expertise in system administration, Data center management, server management, troubleshooting, Linux and window OS setup, capable to install, configure and manage server including domain/email server independently.
∎ Experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Experience on SAP S/4 HANA ERP project will get preference.
∎ Should be adaptable, capable, self-motivated and confident.
∎ Must be straightforward and reliable, team player and leadership quality.
