∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
∎ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

∎ At least 10 years of professional experience, including demonstrated expertise in managing ICT infrastructure and holding leadership positions
∎ Maximum 48 years of age
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
∎ Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud computing, server management, and IT security
∎ Certifications (preferred): CISA, Microsoft Azure, PMP, SAP S/4 HANA ERP or equivalent

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement ICT infrastructure strategy of the company in alignment with business goals.
∎ Design, deploy, maintain, and improve the IT systems, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers.
∎ Ensure high availability and reliability of ICT services.
∎ Lead and manage the ICT infrastructure team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
∎ Ensure the security of IT systems through firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures.
∎ Respond to security incidents and implement preventive measures.
∎ Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
∎ Lead ICT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technological needs.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
